Long story made short... B's father passed away. Had a ring he wore a lot. It was determined that my House mate, B's daughter, would get the ring after his passing...this was agreed upon by B and B's son. Well, B wants it. her daughter reminded that it was given to her and that all three agreed to it. B denies she ever agreed to it. You can see how this gets sticky

Oh, for fuck's sake. Well, as a person with a bad memory, I know it's important to write down all agreements...but it ain't always easy!
