Good news? Dog is one lucky little thing.. she went on a highway, darted in front of vehicle, friend redirects so to pass 'over' instead of hitting with tire et? dog goes under... and ...is alive!

yup. scared the shit out of her. She and another driver took her to a nearby vet clinic. Dog is getting care, but t he vet is amazed how well the dog seems. Abraisen on jaw, leg does not appear broken but might be sprained

Nope. She maybe a stray. Weird side story. Vet on duty hasd a very old Jack Russel terrorist who si not doing well ... some of the vet support staff looked at him and said "This is a sign" kind of thing. Because apparently "lucky " For want of a better name, is very sweet. Didn't try to bite anyone, let them handle her. etc

Hope so. Vet said that they would put out news etc in case dog WAS owned... then if not, they knew a rescue group "And they owe me"
