Physical therapist comes by, PT's name is Heather. Seems nice enough have met her before

Apparently, B told PT Heather that she had a urinary track infection. This is news to me. Heather asked how long has she had it. B said about "a week". . Heather asked if she told the nurse she saw earlier. B said "no I didn't think she was competent"

Well, it's turning out she may have mentioned it to her daughter at the airport..but Daughter didn't see any other signs etc. SSo did not think anything of it

I'm trying very nicely not to text her daughter a message like "I'm stuck with her, I NEED THE INFO"

In the mean time, Home Health doesn't seem to have much communication between it's nurses and therapists. Which is a pain. And earlier this week, there was a call to the Daughter that they wanted to make sure the nurse woudl be "ALLOWED" to see B. WHich means apparently they think I'm keeping it from happening? What the fuck?

Pissed me off a bit. B's daughter also straigthened them out that it was the nurse who suggested rescheduling, that B had been puking the night before, oh and did they know B had already spoken to them, at least their therapist, and canceled that day because she was sick

They backed off a bit after that.

They've got some good therapists, some good nurses (And B is too hard on them) but their inter company communication sucks

which can be tough, since the employees are often sort of scattered

And to find out that B's demands of Not until after 1, and so on are being blamed on ME apparently, and after one nurse said "oh I can reschedule " so suggested it, annoys me. Puts me on a sour note with them.

My mom was a nurse so I have a LOT of sympathy for the profession. They're often mistreated by the Admins, Doctors, AND patients, and B is NOT a good patient.

I would believe that, yes

Oh B can be charming, make them think she's oh so nice for a short time, but her mask slips eventually, even at the hospital, and B has a sense of entitlement at home.

I mentioned that the nurses sometimes might have to juggle schedules and it wasn't easy and her comment was "I don't work for them; they work for me"

And I didn't want to say No, they work for Homehealth, their company. You do not sign their paychecks. You are the patient, not the admin, or their boss. They are in a calling where to assume the customer is ALWAYS right leads to death

Honestly, if I won the lottery I wouldn't spend it on myself first... first I'd have her sent to a place where profesisonals could care for her and her family could visit.
