Swore she couldn't make it before one, which I believe, also swore she called (B) several times, which I believe... but I'm opening the door looking like yesterday's dirty laundry barely awake myself... and then talk to B to see if she can wake up and make an exception. TO B's credit, she did say 'well, let her in'... but I'm certain I'll hear nothing but complaints later.

Well, I maybe wrong and being unfair, but somehow I don't thin kthat will matter. She will either complain about the nurse, or complain AT me about the nurse , if the latter I may tell her something rude

Ok. Nurse left, as she left I might have been a bit passive aggressive as I said "sorry about your troubles" and I was, but when she apologized for not being able to get here after one I said "If you have any trouble getting through to her, you might want to call her daughter's number that I gave you; it will get through better" / She gave me this slightly sour look for just a second and then said "okay" and nodded.

I mean, yes, she called B several times, but I gave the nurse B's daughter's number for a reason, and I checked with said person who did not get called

Hard to balance between sugar coating and backhanded when I'm not at my best. 😮 hope I wasn't rude

Something I am learning is that with this kind of situation, you can't sugar coat ("Oh, if you have a moment and it's no trouble....") and you don't need to be backhanded. You live there, you're involved, you're a competent adult. You can speak plainly and honestly to other adults. And if the nurse isn't one? Say something to B's daughter. *HUGS*
