Okay....replenishing dross...how's it done? I mean...some dross just happens but not all, right? (Filed under things-I-once-knew-and-feel-silly-asking-about)

When doing some research for Jessica I saw that Balefires produce Glamour/Dross?

Normally dross replenishes IIRC in various locations known for natural beauty or creativity, but only so much at a time.. Like a beloved book store might create 'loose' bits of prose and poetry, but only one a week etc.
