My husband hates rice. Makes him think of insect larva. So we don't have it.

I made a coconut curry shrimp on jasmine that's AMAZING. Needs more shrimp though, I miscalculated that. Ah well, next time.

For myself, I figured with Lent and all.... I think the next round needs a bit more veggie in, but otherwise is very nice.

I feel, somehow, like it is cheating that lent is my excuse to indulge in lots of cheese and seafood
