Heya. Feel very grown up today.

OH?

We're having our kitchen redone. Like, completely gutted and redesigned. Just got approved for the home equity loan, closing this Wednesday, and just met with the contractor. My sister did the design plan (she does custom kitchens professionally). It's going to be so NICE!

It's been ten years, but it's finally going to look like something OTHER than a college frat house kitchen!

Yup! I mean, we still have LOT of stuff to do through the house, mostly getting rid of old wallpaper and repainting...but this is the big change that has been really annoying to wait on.
