Well, while I enjoy playing devil's advocate now and then, I tend to agree; but each kith has a mean side. Boggans I think have a sense of the way things should be, and what is proper, just as sluagh have customs that are more important to them than many laws, and trolls have codes all their own. I imagine it as small town mentality, often warm, kind, welcoming and ready to lend a hand- but oh if you step over that invisible line you may not even have known about? Watch out.
