Because I'm not using it to determine success, I'm using it like a magic 8 ball. It's not a rules thing, it's a 'stimulate my imagination' thing

Sometimes I find that putting it to a roll helps me figure out what to do, not because I follow the results but because getting results I don't want to follow tells me "yep, it's clear what you actually wanted but couldn't decide on"
