*nod* The costuming helped; mostly white shirt, vest, slacks, and an ascot, the occasional frock coat. His facial hair was spot-on for Korman's look with a mustache and goatee.

The train arrival scene was an amazing bit of stagecraft on Broadway.

Changes were minimal, but seemed smooth. Biggest change was Nutter/Drood from her voted-death to storming out of the theater. They cheated a bit.

She'd had on Datchery's costume, with a corset and pants underneath. Datchery is basically a coat, wig, beard, and hat.

She ditched the Datchery stuff, leaving her in corset and pants, got voted off the island and stormed off stage. She had PLENTY of time to put on a period dress and hat, esp. if she left the pants on which she might have; with the skirts on the dress you couldn't tell.

There's a 6 month jump in time in the script in the second act, and Jasper is noted to be going to and returning from London a few times for 'weekly treatments' but otherwise the show has a casual relationship with time.
