Actually, I'm finding Sylvi's a little overwhelmed. She's sure not a problem student, but...she's not showing at her best, yet.

As for Sam...I see a lot of students like that, who will work their hearts out for some classes/teachers, but absolutely resist other teachers and everything to do with their classrooms.

Most schools have lots of online information available to the parents. Like, my parents have access to the live gradebook, so they can see whether or not a student completed an assignment, and what grade they got. This school probably has something like that, too...if you like.
