I have a car but the infrastructure for bicycles here is really good, lots of greenways and other routes you can snake about. Saves some gas at the least :D

Oh I hear ya I was in western NC (Boone) until Moving out here. The roads in general are wider here; it was originally designed so wagons and carriages could turn around without blocking the other lane, then when they went to pavement it was hard to argue with folks campaigning for bike lanes, the room was there

There are no Bojangles or hound dogs out here, and I miss both. Most dogs are herding breed/mixes out this way, there’s just something about a big loud doofy hound that I miss.

Well, everyone should have access to hounds and perhaps bojangles.

Well, politics more than anything has me tempted to leave. I used to think of myself as a moderate republican about 15 years ago maybe more , but the terrain got pulled so weird now i'm some hippie centrist liberal . Sigh And thus out numbered in my state

CO is an interesting mix. Lots of libertarians both in the mountains and the farmers on the plains and lots of liberal/progressive folks in the cities and the mountains as well. All kinds of stuff up in those mountains honestly. That being said they can all get together and agree to blame people like me (new people to the state) for all their problems yaaay

Depends on where you’re at. The mountain towns definitely but most cities are in the foothills or plains so I think worst we got was three feet last year. That being said the Plow people out here are frigging pros, as long as they get a head start it’s usually fine. Flash freezes can be bad though, had one while I was closing up last year and the roads were suddenly an inch of ice.

yeah, I think that's what sets folks off no matter what state you're from. If you move into a new state and start complaining how your old state this or that better than THIS state..it's bound to have folks asking 'Well, you're welcome to take the road that brought you in here"

The ship battles are interesting.

I feel so needed..cause I can help the pilot or I can help the gunner, giving them +'s to their rolls.

I can also choose to repair shields or the ship. Choices!
