We do have a feather wand, yes, and I use it and on occasion direct the Things to play with her. Crinkle balls are good too. You can carry them around.

It is so great she still has that kind of interest and energy. My last set of cats (4 yrs ago) were.... damaged. So DH's experience with cats is not-true-cat.
