Once upon a time I tried giving the stressed out psyco-cat anti-anxiety pills. She wouldn't eat anything the other cats couldn't get to; afraid of poison? Anyway, no treats worked, NOTHING. Tried holding her in a pillowcase (claws) and popping them straight down the throat. The whole thing caused more stress than the pills would resolve.

We did a course of them and quit.

Well he's taken them before.

Could you crush them into his food?

He's not eating his food lately either. he's the onee I've been worried about.

Worse, the other dogs steal his food..

So what's needed for him could do THEM harm

Location has not made a difference in his eating.

I've tried.

Feeding dogs should not take 20 plus minutes of contant oversight only to have a 50% success rate.
