I've actually been craving fancy restaurant ramens

which is odd when it's been 90-ish degrees

I've been trying to eat healthier though.... which is sad because it means less letting work buy my lunches

I do make tons of salads at home 🙂

I am not a huge salad fan

I like it okay when it's filled with veggies and toppings

lettuce is crunchy water

I make mine with baby spinach, bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and crunchy something

sometimes radishes

I grew up with 'salad' = iceberg, tomato chunks, ranch dressing

took a long time for me to realize it can be good

well... goat cheese is 👣
