I have a housemate who is a natural mimic, she can't help it, she starts copying folks that are around her. WHen she took her American self to Australia, you can imagine what happened

Oi oi oi....

As they travelled around a lot (From Melbourne to Sydney to Queensland area), she apparently had more than one Ozzie thinking she was an Aussie but they could not figure out from what part of the country. One asked her and she apoligized, didn't realize she did it. He had her go through about a half dozen accents and then said "That's bloody brilliant"

Apparently, I suck at it. I mean, I like to think I'm good but the DH laughs at me....
