My beliefs do not exactly fit well in one label and I'm probably a heretic five different ways

No ignorance assumed, it's not a well-known thing. One group that fashions itself as a Celtic tribe, Preachain, does a pre-battle ceremony where all the women dress in white and circle around the fighters, chanting to the Morrigan. It turns into a mosh pit in the middle there....but wow. It might just look interesting from the outside, but in that circle there's a LOT of energy.

Oh, the Morrigan. My Celtic lore is weak, but she's bad ass, a bit crazy, and dangerous to know, even more dangerous to not have on your side if I recall. Lover or wife to the Dagda?

I loved the greek tales when younger, but honestly the only Greek Gods that came across as being truly decent were Athena, and Prometheus, but I do maintain that kidnapping aside, Hades is heads and shoulders over his two brothers. Honestly, I often defend Hades in debates, which is weird. "He's the lord of the dead" "Yeah, he got screwed by the lottery. Hades is totally the best brother of the bunch.

I have heard that theory, also that certain Greek customs of old had 'arranged kidnappings' so the young lady could pick her own husband. In that light, Hades would go right to the top trio of decent deities.
