A successful roll causes chimera to obey without question; sentient creatures can resist with Willpower rolled at a difficulty equal to the redcap's Willpower. This birthright functions normally at all times, even in the presence of mortals or unenchanted supernaturals.

Okay. If I'm reading that right, you roll her intimidation (Plus social) at Diff 5, and they have to roll their WP and get at least as many sux with at a DC of her WP
