Hard to say anything specific. Part of it is he's realizing how powerful she is behind the scenes. He's also seen how ..shall we say protective she can be of loved ones ? He thought that was a trollish flaw, but she's at LEAST as dangerous as a DeBukee when what she loves is threatened and that kind of protectivness can be obsessive. He's actually learned that sluagh are not understood by trolls despite some strange commonalities. At least what he's seen of Zara
