Cockers are strange to me. I've met like five , and they go to both extremes of intelligence

well, that's the rumor, how true is is I'm not sure. Chief breeder was a guy named Boykin,, obviously, but apparently they were a big hit with folks plying game off the coasts and swamps. Had tobe small enough not to upset the boats
