I'm stalled out on having Coradel respond to a post-Samhain letter from August.

This week is end of quarter for my students, grades due Friday, so pressure's on to get their papers back to them fast. AND I've got a paper/presentation of my own due on Thursday. Sooooo...yeah, I'm kind of a mess right now.

I think the three of us can agree that this week's a little crazy?

So dinner went well. Lots of beans and dogs, make-your-own veggies foil packets, the baked apples were yum.....

Yep.

AND... I had the kids working in the thick of all of it, prepping.

Peeling, cutting, opening, fixing.... it was fun with them!

yay!

And they are simple recipes.

We toasted spices and ground them and made them.

If was fun to make with them.

When they go to college they will be able to make more than ramen thanks to this training

hell yes. Thing1 can make eggs!
