I adore A Knight's Tale. Admits And folks griping about the music are nuts if they think most 'classical music' would be any more appropriate. 🙂

I actually really LOVE the soundtrack. I can't justify it without going on a semi scholarly rant, but I utterly enjoy it.

I have ripped off characters from there for homages and inspiration both. Heck, in one pathfinder setting I gave one noble family 3 Phoenixs as a symbol. waited for the players to realize that that storyline for the Thatcher Nobles had been lifted whole cloth. They teased me, and then the next time I used the setting one of them wanted to be a member 😉
