It's a lame class. But it's also stuff I have taught a thousand times.

Basic hand stitches. Whip, slip, running, back, hem.

Absolutely simple construction stitches.

I could probably stand to go to that. I haven't made a decent piece of garb yet. Serviceable, yes...but my stitching is sloppy.

Hand stitching isn't hard!

I tend to get impatient, but it's in a lto of ways easier than machine

I guess I just get really impatient with doing proper seams, so they won't fray.

I have that. So just zig-zag around all the edges of the pieces, right? I so seldom take the time to do that. And what's the hand-stitching equivalent?

I tried to retro-fix some apron dresses by oversewing the seams. DISASTER.
