Mom was out, and we also had our BIG annual SCA demo at a local medieval festival

We only just got hit with the rain overnight. It was stupidly hot here yesterday.... so naturally that was when we had out appointment to go see that house (which was absolutely perfect and exactly the size we need, too!).
