I am trying, with Bird, to make her mortal friendly... but, very much, in a slightly detached way.

I think Sparrow works. She kind of has a gardener mentalilty to me (I could be reading you wrong) ...she plants seeds, then checks up on them now and then...then plants more elsewhere. She delights when she signs of growth.

She wants to protect, nurture and shepherd them, but that places her at a remove.

Yup. If not for Rayne, he'd be clumsily chasing Sparrow. Luke, that is. How can you NOT fall for a chica like that? 😉

Don't. If the WW Chatrooms had put up a noble gather hold, I would accept the complaintsas having OOC validity, but it didn't and doesn't so many could n't play anywhere but firnost unless they wanted to make their own chat room else where and sit alone in it all day 🙂
