If you are inclined, maybe listen to Martin Hayes' 'Foxhunter's Reel'....the guy did it live, and I was awed. He may not be quite AS fast, but he is hitting different notes.

By the end of that, he was soaked in sweat; he'd has his eyes closed, tapping his foot, keeping time, and rocking in the chair. Such energy.
