chuckle I had pet tarantulas. I try to make her a mix of 'real' spider and nightmare.

They really aren't very bright.

But they are pretty. And they are not odd and tiny and horrible.

Some tarantulas can move quickly when startled. And even jump a little.

But nowhere near the horrid speed of the little ones.

The worst ones are the fat-bodied black ones. Eyugh
