Sorry, was discussing the logistics of Desolation's fate and its place, and player AWOL-ness and how to handle.

Back in the day, there were Freeholds with a lot of different feels and themes.....NA for dark grandeur, EW for tunnels and secrecy, DF for grit and shady deals....seems we need variety, but Freeholder is now semi-retired PC with absent player.

Then other themes and Freeholds took off. AH is Noble-held and run, so thought the opposite would be fun to have, to expand the world, and liked the idea of the UR still having a base there.

It became a real struggle when stuff started taking off in all the rooms, since most of the starter characters were still in a TT game, and the online RP would outstrip what was going on in TT.

Caer Falken was pretty much the Sidhe straight-edge offshoot of Everwyrd.

nod I remember envying, and knowing others envied, the things the characters would come back and talk about happened in TT. 🙂
