No, it's not here at work. Tonight I will go through the trash.

I wonder if maybe while I was cleaning the car of papers it got swept up in the flurry.

Gahhh....

I haven't done this in ages. But last night I decided I was going to get out of the house on time, so I swept out the car, laid out clothes, showered, set the alarm half an hour early....was IN the car driving before realizing I didn't have it. Turned around, went home, spent three hours searching. So, at least I know where it's not?

That, or I have gremlins.

OR my cat has developed a sudden appetite for nylon wallets.

Believe it or not....yes.

I am thinking I did the typical airhead ADD'er move of absently deciding I would put it somewhere I wouldn't lose it, moving it, and then forgetting that I did.

Or, was holding it in my hand with a bunch of papers while clearing the car, and chucked it in the trash with the papers. Which isn't unheard of for me, either.

So, will let you know tonight.

(Started carrying a wallet instead of a bag because bags became the de-facto receptacle for everything I planned to get to later -- papers, ad circulars, pens I forgot to give back to receptionists, something sticky I needed to stash to free my hands...)
