Okay, let's check the evil paws site. Seems Boggans have one childling. Eshu have one but she's rare. Nockers have 1. Pooka 2 or 3. Satyrs don't list faun but i know he makes at least one. Sidhe have no regular childlings but they tend to get fostered fast. Sluagh have lulu. Trolls have Sylvi (But she may Togail soonish). Of course there are piskeys, Clurichains and the like

Sometimes a lot depeends on who you want to hang with kithwise when you make a pooka. A Girfaffe pooka can easily meet trolls eye level. Spider or lunar moth pooka might befriend sluagh. Dog and Cat pooka are kind of mingle with anyone types (With cat pooka on THEIR terms)

A pooka with a tie to a heraldric symbol of one of the houses might find nobles more accepting (Falcon Pooka of House Gwydion...nothing he says is funny, he will assure you...ala sam the Eagle)

But that's just my opinion

nod I have had PCs that fizzle out without a good motivating story behind them. I think I like to start with "What is the story they are telling." and go from there.

Well, you needed a place to (Verb) and it seemed as good as any.
