I have been wondering how Cap's bloodlust meshes with how harsh the penalties are on killing folk. It straight out says that they prefer human meat when they can get it, but when every mortal death or chimerical murder causes banality, it's harsh.

So you can have a genocidal killing spree in a Bingo hall, and gain no Banality at all.

It's only killing other Changelings that the Dreaming comes down on you with a hammer to the foot.
