Well, I don't claim to be the best ST, but I could have Zara spy on ICE as he has a secret meeting with a namer.... she fails her stealth, she misses her chance because both probably clam up due to mutual need. She stumbles onto it but makes her roll by enough ,she sees him work it and ...gets a chance to ask to be his skywalker...or gets caught AFTER and he has to decide what to do with her. And may decide to offer her a chance to learn if he likes what he sees instead of gathering up her true name as protection. OR... he hands her Naming for Dummies, an outlawed book that House Eiluned is trying to keep out of Commoner hands!
