Here's an image Liz and I found amusing. Year before last, the drifting furballs got so bad, that both dog and satyr were taken out on the lawn and brushed. Both looked sulky, while the lawn was covered with a layer of drifting white undercoat.

The occasional silliness.

"Here, you brush the dog... no you MAY not do yourself, you never do it right... and I'll brush you and... no the DOG may not brush you.... "

And I guess I should point out, each time Jer is seen in public, it's usually after a nice dose of Vicodin or poppy tea. NO idea if Social Dynamics pick up chemically aided mellowness; maybe he just thinks Jer's calm and wise?

grin It does make him a welcome change from Ice.

I cannot imagine, in any universe, Jer being seen as calm and wise......
