I never really was clear on how easy it is to flip courts. Per the books, it's not really clear, other than for some houses I believe who had the ability to do so at whim. I always thought it would be interesting if it was seasonal, but the last moderated game I played in said it was actually pretty rare in most circumstances unless prompted by some big heavy event. What are your takes?

It actually says that some Fae do it easily, others never do at all.
