Bludwen looks surprised "He was... never so open with any other, even as an image"

A soft smile as she draws her hand away from the portrait. Then a sentimental sigh before she turns to the investigator. A centering breath, and then she says, "I hope you see that here we have motive for casting aspersions on EarthRunes."

"I see you're making accusations on who is behind this. Wynda is your prime suspect "

"She is. I do not accuse, but I suspect. And I think, by undermining the relationship between the Duchy and EarthRunes, she creates a situation where the Duke and Duchess might not trust a potentially powerful ally in a time of need."

"You bring motivation up well but it may not be enough"

"No, but is it perhaps enough for us to collaborate more closely in uncovering more? And perhaps it may be enough to question her for the offense against my jester...and seek to have her slip up about the other matter at the same time?" A grin.

"Have you gone to the city spots Shallimar is supposedly at?"

Coradel's grin slips to a frown. "The City? I thought his mimic had been spotted here, specifically. Where else in St. Louis?"

"Comedy clubs and social places. Of course, the right of Ignorance is observed, but the innuendo is said to be obvious to any kithain"

"It is not Shalimar, nor was he involved. I have spoken with him and am certain he was completely without knowledge of the situation. Hm. No, I haven't been to any of those locations. Could you give me a list of specific spots?"

"In point of fact, I can. May I suggest you disgard Fiona colors for this?"

A blink, then a nod towards August in the doorway as she asks, "And Liam colors as well?"

"For him, perhaps swap? "

"Swap? I don't follow."

"Pardon my question but... what difference would our colors make?"

"Because Coradel of FIONA is famous, and if there is a faux shalimar, he might flee before she saw him"

"Oh! Oh, silly me, of course. So...my love, shall we trade our cerulean and crimson?"

A faint frown "It wouldn't be.. dishonest? Hiding our colors, our identities?"

"YOu are allowed to wear other colors, Baron"

"But the intent is to... obfuscate."

"To catch an imposter. I would say obfuscation is already in play"

"But not by -us-." he points out.

"Do you onlywear blue and silver at all times,Baron? "

"No, I do not."

"August, you need not appear to be Fiona. Simply do not advertise your Liam-ness." An easy shrug. "As for me...hmm...the hair...." She takes a red tress between her fingers and considers it.

"Then do it not for obfuscation but because your wife would like to see you in a favorite color"

A smile at Bludwen's suggestion and she looks at August. "Black leather," she decides for him, with a wink.

He pinks a little. "You are going to change your hair?" he asks Coradel.

She looks to Bludwen. "Do you think anybody would be available who do could manage a solid glamour on this?" she indicates her hair.

"Yes. Me. " She gesturees "Care to be a blonde?"

"I leave that to August. What's your preference, my love? Blonde? Jet black? Platinum white?"

August looks stricken but says "I... I'm not sure."

"Brown?"

"Anything other than red!" she points out. "And it's temporary, love...so...?" She poses for him.

Coradel's pose could set solid butter to melting

He certainly doesn't look any more at ease, his forehead wrinkled, and he tries a couple times before he shakes his head. "I ... can't imagine you other than as you are now." he says lamely.

She relents with a loving look, then turns to Bludwen. "Blonde, please."

"Done.." A gesture, a twist, and the red goes golden

She shakes her tresses out as the gold washes over the red and obscures it. Another pose for August, to get his opinion?

"You look stunning, as always." he manages.
