Symon sticks to the side of the street, but looks over the town with interest.

City, definitely a city, a metropolis that sprawls in it's own fun style. There are signs of gangs, dealers, and hookers here...

Sam is a smaller tank to mortal eyes, but she's still over six feet tall.

Though Symon might be surprised to note that the hookers.. at first glance they seem unusually attractive.... but his sluagh senses sees one beauty taking money... and the john grinning like he's going to bed with Miss Mexico herself... but.. under that illusion is a less attractive woman, middle age spread has won the war, and she looks a bit rough from a rough life, clean, but rough...but to the mortal? She's in her early twenties and sexy as hell

Some Gangers eye Dagmar, but her size, and confidence merely has them nod. They don't see anything to be gained

Having a front is important. Sam knows it.

He ducks his head a little, embarrassed perhaps. It looks like she chose that lifestyle, not like the poor lady from before that they helped, though, and that he respects.

Symon keeps an eye on the gangers. They might not take note of him as a threat, but he certainly watches them.

Dagmar's cover seems enough to protect him.

And it's quite a walk...

And more...intriguing Chimera peek from the shadows... a serpent's skeleton with flickering green fire in its eyes moves under the lips of roof ledges. It's hunting

A tap at Dagmar's arm to point out the cool-ass skeleton serpent!

"Nice!"

it winds towards a charcoal furred rat chimera. That looks up, slender almost bat like ears up.

He pauses to watch how this plays out in interest.

The bone snake rears back, the rat moves slothfully, slowly...

The snake seizes the rat in it's jaws by the torso. Then suddenly, there's a BLAM

and the snake falls down, covered in gunpower

Slowpoke Rodriguez? He carry a gun

The little rat chimera blows on the tiny pisole, and goes about his way

leaving the wounded bone snake to die.. what a heartless rat

An amused huff! He appreciates the little guy coming out on top.

But, wounded isn't nice. A whisper to Dagmar. "Not sure he'll recover. Should we put of it's misery, you think?"

Or has it already expired?

It has not yet died. the little balefire like eyes are fading.. and it's got cracks in it's bonestructure

The rat scurries on a a relaxed pace

He is going soft... he knows it... but he creeps over, and pulls out a bit of cookie from a pocket. One of the three - broken into pieces, and daringly holds it out before the snake. "Take it." He whispers, "From one slitherer to anothre."

"Hate seeing it suffer..." She frowns.

"Take it before I change my mind." He whispers, and if the snake lacks strength, will poke it right into the serpent's maw with a fingertip.

the snake..chews it?

Then swallows...

now only does it look healther, there are now transparent ghost scales over the skeleton.

"Wicked." He whispers, at how cool it is.

And the snake coils up the slaugh boy's side.. it could rear and bite him, for serpents are not known in myth and folk lore for gratitude. And yet....

He eyes it, wondering if he should slink back in deference of it's deadly nature.

and instead, it loops about his shoulders. It's reptilian, transparent scales are dry, not slimy... most people shudder at such a sensation

and ..there it lays, every once in a while perking up, but looking like some demented halloween scarf!

Dag smiles.

And straightens to get back to walking. Obviously, they're adopted a new companion.

The serpent actually looks pretty sinister, and stand offish to everyonne else. Like it doesn't trust the world around it, but you know Symon.. he's.. useful.

He grins. And walks along, letting the serpent explorer his shoulders.

And finally they come to the Pitt...to mortal eyes half sleezy dinner, half ramshackle warehouse from the exterior, to the enchanted, it is both grander and more grim! A cross between Roman arena and aztec temple ...

"Dude."

the cars around it are few, but someshow wealth. Tourists looking for a kick

"Dude." He breathes back.

A whisper to Dagmar. "We still have two cookies. Try not to get hurt worse than that. Not sure if this is the sort of place to assume they provide pro-bono healing like at the Pennons tourney."

A redcap Kinian, enchanted, appears to be a doorman. He sees the two of them approach. He's turned away others for bieng too young, but when he sees them, he shrugs.

He watches others going in, to see if they seem to be paying an entry fee?
