Two wilders fall UP out of a book, with gift boxes, a challice, and a Never.. oh and a lot of string

Thistle blinks, as the memories fragment into a dreamlike puzzle.

She DOES remember she has promises to keep.

"What happened?" Gwen rubs at her head

They do find a note left before

"*&^&$^& Magical Shenanigans In Progress. Please Do Not Disturb."

Which thistle remembers writing

"Well, at least nobody furked around with the book."

"Yeah, nice of them... I remember losing my balance"

"Hey, we got gifts? Our names are on them"

"'For Dame Gladiola, go ahead and open early'" She reads

"We did! But Narnia doesn't have Christmas..."

"I don't remember any Lions... there were these dogs, awesome form" She says then says "Hey, yours has your name on it and an 'open now' as well"

"Oh, there were dogs. Of course thee were dogs..."

She shakes the box gently, listening.

"Yeah, white and red I think and..." As Gwen tries to recall the dogs... the package shake is undeniable. Clothes of some sort?

"Open them at the same time?"

"You're on.. 3..two..."

"One!" riiiiiiiiiiip!

and, they get pants? they get pants... Gwen's look more like standard blue jeans...

Thistle's? A bit more colorful but durable

"...Pants?"

"Not what i was expecting ither" She kens them "They appear to be low level treasures though. Ken em"

Squinty-face.

Yup. Something about..hey, this has pockets!

And if she reaches her hand in, it's like ... REAL pockets. Like in you can fit it to the wrist easy!

"Ha!"

Yet somehow, it doesn't show... meaning, it is a pair of pants that have POCKETS, that somehow don't disrupt the form fitting aspects

"What's so funny?" Gwen is curious as she looks her over "Looks like good material"

"Interdimensional pockets!"

"Hold on," She sticks her hand in "OH SWEEET! YES! '

"RIGHT?!"

"Okay. I no longer feel bad about falling if it lead to this" Gwen smiles

"I mean, not that I need to have adventure shenanigans..."

A look over "mmph" which is troll for something but Thistle can't be sure what

Then gently "Well, if you enjoyed things then maybe it's for the best. I.. I think I owe you" She tries to remember

"Oh, let's get copy of that book's notes made"

"Right, right."

"And you DO!"

A smile "Okay. I owe you. Now grab that goblet thing and let's get that book copied so we can go home. I don't know how long we were gone but I'm famished"

"Mmm, I wonder if Marigold made cookies..."

"You kidding? This close to the holidays? She's got decorated masterpiece cookeis by the score"

"I like those molasses ones, with the crackly tops."

"Oh yeah, those are nice. " She finds the book they were looking for to make sure they get notes if they don't already have it "Tell you what, I bet if I asked, she'd make enough for you to take some home and share with your mom too?"

"Ooo..."

"Sounds like a plan then" A smile. The two finish up on the notes required and putting everything back as it should be for the library.

And, of course, sometime , either during this, or later, a drinking vessel may get a look over and a poem relearned
