He tips well, and occasionally drops by with little baked gifts for the staff break room. It helps.

"Sir, will you be needing turn down service?"

"I'm never one to turn down a turn down." with a wink, or blink and a sly smile. "I'll leave a little something on the pillow." After all, it's an easy tip to collect for housekeeping.

"Thank you, Sir" She smiles, charmed by that sweet old man

He bustles up to his room, and then finds his way to the -other- room.

He knows the layout like the back of his hand. Redesigns are rare and under his infleunce

So he makes his way to the 'other' room without notice or at least without suspect

And, of course, into the room. He pulls a mask on, and uses disposable gloves just in case; the blasted pandemic -does- have a few upsides for him

This room is devoid of glamour, but the room nearby is.. there's glamour there

"Why did you buy that ridiculous Urn?" One woman's voice says. Someone is in there all right

"Ridiculous? it's a piece of history" The man says "Sides, it'll be a kick when we meet Todd and Emily. You know they got something weird too"

One of them is near enough to the otherside of the door he's sure they're not the source of glamour

Interesting though it is, he has spy devices to add to -this- room; best get to work.

So he does.

And back to the 'other room' where the vampire will be guesting, he gets to work, installing this and that.

Now, that room where the thing's 'assistant' will be staying?

Ah, that he knows. Not as close as he thought it would be.

That room is even easier to get into, and he does much the same, spying devices and the like

His thoughts wander back to the overheard
conversation.

For a moment, he can almost hear them again. Wait. HE CAN hear them again.. they're in the hallway, no doubt on their way towards a meal or something.

"I swear it feels warm to the touch" The woman said "Do we really need to keep it in our room?"

"See, early it was ridilculous, now you fear it's ancient power" The man , same voice, jokes.

No glamour with them, so they have left the Urn in their room

Masked and gloved, he waits for them to leave. He'll just take a peek at it; after all, it's Glamour, and thus doesn't belong to -them-.

Indeed, it's almost a right of rescue bit

Less than an hour later, he has their IDs, their credit card numbers (They really need to be more careful) , found out the maid here used the jaccuzzi in the room once on a break, and .. oh yes. he finds the Urn.

The Urn is old, ancient, and it pulses with so much glamour it's odd. Ancient Celtic markings, but not depicting death, but transport... lots of water symbols

He examines it visually first, and with that eye that sees the Dreaming; after all, he's noted the meal reservation they made from the faint impressions on the paper pad from which they ripped the top page, so he knows he has time.

THree's fae souls in there, pure, strong..
