Siv stiffens

"Yeah," Sylvi nods, "But they're like Siv...they're going to be needed to help people get out from wherever Skallstrike attacks. Her dad's a transport expert. My mom's all about taking care of people in need. I think they're needed here....but I'll see what Vali says."

Siv looks relieved. Like really really relieved.

"Siv? What're you thinking?"

"That I wasn't strong enough to lose both parents each from a different mission." Siv says "I'm just.. not."

Embarrasment on the older girl's face.

Sylvi gives Siv a hug. "Yeah...I get that. But I think they're going to be okay. We're going to win this, partially because of what we're going to to do Skallstrike behind his back. It'll be okay, Siv."

"Yeah, thanks" Siv smiles and hugs back, then "YOu know, Firnost is right over there. Maybe you and Colton should.. " A smile "discuss robbery tactics or something over a drink. I can head home"

A grateful look. "I was kind of thinking something like that, yeah." She looks at Colton. "That sound good to you?"

"That sounds perfect to me." he says "Share a drink with me?" An offer to Sylvi.

Siv smiles , gives a thumbsup where Sylvi only can see it, and heads out.

A quick, blushing smile to Siv and a returned thumbsup, then she lets Colton lead her to the freehold. "I'd love to." A warm murmur.

Arm in arm, Colton and Sylvi slip to Firnost.

And Siv makes her way to Rivervale, determined to treasure the sight of it as she closes.
