Killian makes his way to his target. The room is not going to be disturbed for quite some time, and he has lookouts paid for the rest of the floor of the hotel.

He uses the dummy-key he slipped the staff a $50 for and enters the room; it won't register an entry.

Inside,he pauses, adjusting to the room's energy and scanning carefully with his senses.

Dame Veranda Silverlight has some treasures on her, he can sense them spark out along her mein, but none particularly superpowerful, potent, yes.

Case in point, a necklace with a design of crossed sceptres. He suspects this will enhance her soveriegn magics slightly

Baubles can distract, but not this man. He slides gloves on, and fuddles the room; nothing here, nothing happening here. He begins a basic search, keeping an eye out for traps with the eye of a paranoiac.

Traps, none. A cellphone, but it would only trace her where she is supposed to be, and is not recording or anything. A much smaller treasure in a bottle of perfume, probably meant to allure. Mmmph. She's not wearing it now. Good.

No windows open and visible to the outside, no cameras in the room.

Mmm He nods. Papers, notes, anything mundane that would provide insight?

He stands, fingers steepled, thinking.

Where -does- a lady keep her secrets, hm? Inside! He brightens, then dims. No, wrong setting and I don't have the tools. Hm.

He begins a more thorough search, detailed, taking the time he knows he has. He starts with what she brought with her, and will use dross to fuddle each item if needed. Nothing to see, no one here, nothing happening.

He does discover a tattoo of a severed infinity symbol.

So much the better he thinks sourly.

He's careful not to touch her, but does use his eyes to clinically examine her before moving on the rest of the suite.

Her clothing in the closet is scarce, she wasn't planning on taking a great number. but he does find something interesting in there, a pair of boots. Odd, there's something.. oh ho! False soles! For messages?

Carefully checking for traps or spells, he manages to peel the soles a bit and... finds the notes.

And yes, each requiring a bit of decryption, but the code is not that new and... yes, he has it.

The first reads: In the Year of Waves, when the Raven is yoked, A court may serve anew.

The second reads: A Cathedral of Falcons shall be as unreturning phoenixes and their ashes shall coat the vermin while the Wyrm laughs

He copies them down for himself, in his own code though, and tucks everything away exactly as it was.

Notes done. Now, the sidhe. He has his potions and gear.

Oh, the temptation. Dearest, you're a Siren in truth, luring me closer and closer to the line you wish me not to cross.... He regards the Sidhe's recumbent form.

Well. Needs must. He crouches nearby, ensuring his weapons are close to hand, and tests her state; still out for a time? Any reaction?

Oh yes, the drugs did their work

With a small expression of distaste, he frisks her.

Subtle, lovely, as all the shining host.. of course, he..he could help her. Beltaine is so close...

He stands up and moves away.

So much easier just to give them the means to destroy themselves and sit back and watch. Grumpily.

Her breathing is regular, but deep

Hmmph Disgruntled, he moves away to prepare a compound, adding Glamour and a few bits and pieces he's collected in the Dreaming from time to time; strange herbs and devious minerals. He returns to the Sidhe and carefully trickles a few drops into her graceful, shell-like ear.

A few minutes pass, and her eyes open, but it's like a sleep walking state and she mumbles something like 'orange avocado'

He is carefully positioned so she can't see him, and she won't feel much like moving. Possibly she won't remember she can. "Who are you?" He asks quietly.

"Veranda" She says simply

"Why are you here?"

"orders to...hire a satyress...for beltaine."

"Why?"

".." A frown on her sleeping face, "the reason depends on who is asking"

"Your leige is asking." He tries to keep the sneer out of his voice.

"oh, to use both to shame our so called superiors and possibly frame if the plan goes awry"
