Tam, in the shop late as she often is, can hear the familiar purr of the loaner bike. Then he appears in the security feed, and she can see it on the cameras. He pulls off his helmet, and looks directly into the camera, as well, so if she does happen to look up, it almost appears as if he is looking her in the eye. Of course, that's ridiculous.....isn't it?*

She peers into the camera. "Hrmmm.." Then she moves up to unlocks the front door herself. "What's up flat arse?" She seems happy enough, no more grumpy than usual. It must have been a some what decent day.

*He has set the helmet onto the seat and is approaching as the door opens "Hey, Tam. Sorry, didn't sleep much, I already ask you about naked cats yet?" Well, it's....kind of a greeting? As he lifts chin to her, while speaking. He is peeling off his gloves*

"Naked cats?" Large orange colored eyes, bright as lamps, blink at Ice. "No? Are you feeling okay?" Said as she takes a step back. "Ya, ain't got the birds, swine or any animal named flue do ya?"

"No. You have a dragon in your damn bike shop, and you think I'm weird mentioning naked cats?" He steps in with a snort, pocketing the gloves* "Was thinking of getting it for Dria, but don't know if Damn Cat would go for it. So thought I might mention it to you." He comes in, leans back on the worktable, crossing arms* "Called them sphincter cats, or something. Don't ask me, Just, no hair."

She gives a laugh, now looking amused. "Hairless you say? Sphincter cats. Sounds like a pet every nocker should have. You might be on to something. Poor damn things, ugly as a redcaps piehole, and cold as Santa's balls." She pauses. "What else did ya need flat arse? Surely ya did not come here just ta talk 'bout sphincter cats."

"Yeah? You want I should ask him for one? You want one with balls or without?" Then he scowls* "Sorry, slipped. That's rude, huh? I meant, boy or girl. And you can ask to see pictures, it's the old Blues Eshu in Firnost. Or I can pick." He shrugs, and stares at her* "Dria's date's been moved up."

"I don't know. Whats damn cat? Male or female..we don't want kittens.!" A pause."I know about her date." She scowls. "Ya don't think I know how ta take care of one of my own?"

"Damn Cat's a girl." He shrugs, scowls back* "You know I'm staying there, until she's back on her feet? Not, you know, to live there, but, just. Until she's walking, can look after her own cat, do her own da....do her own shopping, stuff like that."

She watches him. "Then are ya just gonna up and leave her again?" She crosses her arms. "You gonna stay with her, at her place? If ya are, ya should come by and visit more. Bubbles ain't gonna be here forever."

"Yeah, been staying there. And yeah, leaving. Not going to be living in her basement forever, when I got one of my own." He rolls his eyes, shifting weight to cross his boot over the other* "What, you want I should be living there when I'm a Grump, in Mom's basement? Come on."

"But, wanted to know, you think you might want to come sometimes, because, you know, can't do some stuff for her, wouldn't be right, you know. Not a girl."

"You could at least make a point to see her more." She grumbles then gestures towards the board and two sawhorses that hold up the coffee pot. "I got some ham sandwiches and some witches brew. If ya want something." Then she blinks at him. "You think cause yer flat arse is there, I would stay away? Course I'll be there. Every evening."

"Oy, sound like every mother I ever met. You should come visit more, you don't make enough time, all I done for you." A quick grin, headshake* "Yeah, well, okay, then. Was going to hire a nurse, too, so can maybe do shifts, something, need to work that out with her."

"A nurse? Fah! Those old windbags. They want ya ta stay sick!" She scowls a bit. "I'll be there everything evening after the shop closes. Nurse or not."

"She might want somebody, doesn't know her, you know, for her baths and stuff." Points out, bluntly*

"I bet ta a fiver that the nurse will only last about three days..." Said with a wicked grin.

"Yeah? You won't have nothing to do with that, right?"

His eyes narrowed* "I give it a week, then."

She offers her hand out. "Na, I won't do nutt'in. I won't need ta. Dria has her own voice ya know."

*He extends his own, and gives hers a quick pump; his touch is cold, unpleasantly clammy. Then he draws it back to fold his arms again "Yeah, I know. But, you know. Only a couple hours a night, might last longer, I figure. Not living there."

"Deal then." She grins, in an even better mood now. "So girls stuff? Like what are ya thinking?"

"I don't know." He rolls his eyes* "I don't even watch the commercials for that stuff. Don't want to know. And not going to be able to talk shop like she's going to want, either."

"You know how to cook?"

She blinks. "Not really? But how hard can cooking be? I mean boggans manage it." Then she shrugs. "Or we could order out?"

"Yeah, order out, but that, you know, adds up, over a month, vershtay?"

He's sixteen, yes -- but she might remember, he owns a business and lived on his own, too*
