Sylvi posts little notes around the studio. To mortals, they read "We love you, and we love you more when you help keep this place clean and tidy. Thanks!" But those who can sense Glamour would detect a different message:

Etsie, the grump satyr takes a look at it to see what's up.

"It's never too early to start planning your performance for Pennons! Let's show 'em what we've got!"

Etsie chuckles, "Hell yes," ANd looks for the young lady in question to see if she's about.

Etsie catches up with Sylvi as she's putting up the last flyer in the kitchenette.

"Hey, Etsie!"

"Hey, Lady President. I saw your signs. Good reminder. We're going to encourage practice sessions here for the barony?"

"I'd like to, yeah. It'd probably prevent people from accidentally preparing the same number as somebody else, and team support feels good, right?"

"Good point," She shudders, "I remember it wasn't so long ago that thanks to the manipulations of certain pooka, over six musicians were tricked into starting their performance with 'well, here's Wonderwall' at a Pennons."

Sylvi groans. "I don't hate that song, but six is a lot."

"The Rick Rolling on the seventh musician was icing on the cake," She admits "Not our best year. But this might keep that from happening again. I like it. Linwood's been coming in, sounded like he was in a Billy Joel state of mind."

"Yeah? Some good stuff there. Some crap, too, but mostly good. I look forward to hearing what he chooses. How 'bout you? Have you given any thought to what you're going to do?"

"You know me, Kiddo, heavy metal is my playground, or at least Rock and Roll," She smiles "But if you have a suggestion I'm all ears and horns."

"Maybe something Ozzy? Kind of a tribute?"

"Mmm for Ozzy I might see if I can get some others to join me on the Crazy Train."

"Can't go wrong with Crazy Train!" she agrees.

"Classics are classics, now what about you? You trying anything this year? I mean yes, you don't consider yourself a musician but your'e still a good tumbler and you might make a pretty good poetry reader. "

Sylvi briefly considers her pole-dancing shoes, then shakes her head. "I don't think so. I'll be support crew."

The grand dame smirks, "I saw a thought in your head. Gonna confess or just let me guess?"

"Oh, go ahead, guess." She's intrigued about what Etsie might think up.

"Well, you were a cheerleader, and are a darn good dancer, something related to that? " Curious tilt.

"Mmmm..." She wavers her hand. "Kinda?"

"THIS close eh?" The satyress chuckles with a near pinch maneuver, "Fair enough. But if you want my advice, any musician who wanted a dancer to accompany would be wise to involve you."

"Etsie, I appreciate it, but I'm not that good."

"You're no Donnie Osmand," SHe agrees but smiles "Okay. I won't press. So you want some updates on some Goldfinch events?"

A dubious look at the Donny Osmand comparison, but then she's happy to move on to a new topic. "Sure, what's doing?"

"Music lessons are going well, Piper's kicking ass as a tutor, and all she asks is flex time and free baby sitting, which I've provided. Hell, Siv gave me a hug for that," Bemused, "Siv told me to tell you that you had her on some project and she had a report whenever you had the time. There's also a Superman Chimera that's been appearing, dressed like a punk rocker. Could be a flash in a pan Chimera doomed to fade but if you want we can feed it a bit and see what happens."

"Punk rock Supes? Huh. I really don't hate that. Maybe we should. And yeah, I do need to check in with Siv, thanks for the reminder."

"Other than that, my own students are doing well, and I've been musing an old guy who is trying to get into my pants," She winks "He's learning guitar in order to get me to touch HIS axe. A tawdry dream? Yes, but a dream is still a drink. Cya kiddo."

Indeed, the old She-Goat looks pleased she'd drawing the eye of a fellow her own generation.

Sylvi laughs. "Get some, Etsie!" She gives a wave, and then heads off to meet up with Siv, texting as she goes.
