"Hmph."

Dirk wisely dos not eat it, for Dagmar might smash

They follow the chimera which moves raggedly left, then right... a small dowdy apartment building comes into view.

"Hm."

A sniff, keeping her kenning sense open and aware.

The Chimera seems to be the only glamour she's feeling, at least now. It has flown up to a second floor window ledge

And it paces. Dagmar knows that look, a distressed and impatient cat

"Yeah, hey, we can't fly."

"Want me to lift you up? I ain't short, and you're so tall you might reach it" Dirk surmises

Brow.

"Reverse would make more sense."

"Yeah, but you won't let me eat it" He reminds

The cat's tail lashes at their delays

"No, I won't."

He sighs "Fine fine... Lift me up"

She crouches, offering Dirk her hands as a step up to her shoulders.

He does so. He's no light weight , bulky and muscled! Buut.. she's a troll

And up he goes to see something

And he says "Weird. Uhm... I think this is meant to be a private moment" He whispers down

"What do you see?"

"Some chick cutting herself" He says

And the winged cat's tail lashes more violently. She yrrowls. She.does.not.like.

She tightens her grip on Dirk's legs, grimacing.

"Easy on the ankles" He growls "Yeah "She's got some knife, not a really effective chopper if you ask me but it's cutting"

"Well, barreling in ain't gonna fix it."

"No shit. I know jack about this... I mean, I could try to SCARE her into not doing it... might be fun, OOR She might leap out the window and die"

The winged cat hisses at that

"Mmph."

"Scaring might work."

"Okay," He leaps up , invoking the wyrd and going through the window in his best horror movie stance "Your blood sacrifice has SUMMONED ME!"

It would appear he took that as a go ahead

Welp. She can be here to catch if the girl DOES jump...

A scream... a good one!

A rawr from the cat who looks ready to attack Dirk

and...

Oh, good call... the girl , blocked from going out her door, dives through the window... possibly to her DEATH

Okay, it's from a second story so it's more likely a broken bone... if Dagmar doesn't catch her

Dagmar is not as used to 'reverse yeeting' as she is yeeting, but she's not stranger to it. Her strong arms catch the woman who has a bloody arm, and with the catch, muffles the impact so the mortal doesn't get hurt.

She seems glad to be alive, then looks up at the huge troll holding her "Holy shit!" She says ...having gone from one monster to.. another?

"Bad day, yeah. But maybe not all bad. I got you. You're okay."

"You're... you're ...what are you?"

The Cat flies down and fusses and mrrows

The young woman's reaction to the chimera is one of surprise, delight, and disbelief "Fluttermew?"

Recognition all right. She knows the chimera's name

"Fluttermew brought me here to help you."

"I'm a dream giant, obviously."

The young woman, not much older than Dagmar herself, gasps "A dream giant? I ... god, I haven't had dreams like this since I was a kid. She was my.. .my imaginary friend"

Fluttermew gives taht look of concern and STERN disapproval cats of any sort can manage
