Staying in a seat of power too long gets tough even for nobles, and I think a lot of times commoners end up getting twisted by that. So...there needs to be boundaries and limits and formal transitions. But the details are still fuzzy. Beyond that...I'm kind of hoping everybody can kind of chip in with their ideas, and I can try to work out something that works for most."
