Jess lets her fingers trail through the Balefire absently as she sends someone to ask Constance to join them, when she can.

Constance arrives soon enough and curtsies "Countess?"

" 'Cmon, Constance...." Jess chides awkwardly "Listen, can you take a look at this list? I'm putting together a team. You think these folks could work well together?"

"Well enough, though that's a lot of strong personalities. A team for what if I may ask?"
