Mitra is by the fire as ordered , and Diego? He's actually heading in "Jessica? Your parents are here? Do they need anything from Fenix?"

"Yes, actually. Can you help them get a truck rental? And, um, anything else they ask for. This should come from my personal funds, not the County."

Diego says "It is no trouble, Jesssica. I might help more if I knew what was going on? The Eiluned is being tight lipped"

"That is the definition of my House at times" Mitra mmmphs

"Oh, obvious troll head space required, but wwhen you say truck, do you mean a pick up or something like your father's 18 wheeler?" Diego asks

"A pickup, I think, but ask them. And, I need to talk to you about the town halls; we're going to make some changes. I'll fill you in on more, later."

"I hope we're not cutting down their frequency? They've been productive"

"Definitely not cutting down. I'm thinking we might amplify them. But first, can you get my folks settled with what they need?"

"Of course" He says "As you know, if I can't get something I usually know someone who can"

"Thank you."

"De Nada" he says "Anything for you while I'm getting things for your parents?"

"No, thanks." Jess is definitely interested in getting Diego moving on his tasks.

Diego gets the hint and goes into talk to Frank and Brekke post haste

Jessica sits down near the 'Fire; it helps her think, after all.

Mitra watches Diego go, then looks to Jessica "Peso for your thoughts?"

"Um. Complicated. I'm still .... figuring it out."

Mitra nods, hands her friend a cup of coffee and doesn't press

"Thanks." She takes it, sips, and processes.

"Welcome" And she drinks her own

Finally she exhales slowly. "Ok."

"Sorted it out?"

"No. But I feel like maybe I can think it out now."

"Ok. I really hate this but... I think it's probably a good idea, to start with at least, that ...." a sigh "... I probably shouldn't be alone too much. I need extra eyes and ears, right up next to me."

"Need me to hang around ? I know Dame Ash is no slacker but she is often focused on the kids"

"As she should be, to my benefit. I was thinking Demos and Phobos... Sir Buce.... hell, maybe Diego? I can think about it, there's probably at least a dozen people here I can trust on this. You have the Pitt to take care of, not that I want to turn you down but...."

"You would just feel selfish if you took me away from it" She says " Idon't agree that it would be if that's the case, but I respect your take"

"Hey, if I -did- ask you to be here for this, I'd just worry about the Pitt in addition to everything else." she points out.

"You can be a worrier" She nods "I'll respect your choice. Mind if I take another fifteen minutes before I head back? Still a bit woogy from the Mist backlash"

"Look, I can't ask you to help keep me company, but I -can- ask if you can stay for the night? Rest here?"

"I will, and... it might do me some good. Thank you"

"No, thank -you-."

"For the help."

"You're welcome. Anytime."

"You hungry or thirsty or anything?"

"I wouldn't object to a bit of food, but I'm afraid if I mention it the kitchen ladies will bury me in carbs"

"I'll split it with you." she offers, and stands, looking around.

Maria is there as if summoned

Jess explains that Mitra would like something to eat and drink, and there might be a chance to send food with Brekke and Frank if Diego hasn't' managed a truck yet.

"Our pleasure," Maria assures is on it
