"Ladies?" Jess and Ariel enter the kitchen "I have fresh beans, and one of the culprits. We're working on securing the rest of them. All we can find, anyway."

The ladies swoop down on the beans like vultures on their first meal in days "WONDERFUL" "Marvelous"

Ariel whispers "Wow, grown ups REALLY like their coffee"

"I'd like the first cup, please." she asks politely "We do." she confirms to Ariel.

Ariel nods "Okay, if it makes you happy. You guys are pretty good. You deserve a treat now and then" With childdling wisdom

The boggan ladies smile at Ariel "Maybe we also get you some ice cream mmm? For you and the others?"

NOW Ariel lights up "They'd love that" And she rattles off everyone's favorite flavors to be sure no one has forgoten

And Jessica soon has the first heavenly cup in her hand

.... and she gives it to the Chimera, look at it in the eyes if she can while she does it "Listen.... you don't need to steal it from us but we have to have some too. And we need the rest of you to surrender."

SLURP

and it is gone. The creature looks content for about.. a minute, then sniffs for more

That said, she thinks she sees other Has Beans at the door , ready to steal the new supply

Ariel walks past them, with ice cream for her friends

"Keep them busy, boss" Symond calls out

"Another cup, ladies. Slowly, please. Very slowly." Jess -tries- to keep the critters in view.

They ready rolling pins in case they can see and whack one

But also make another cup

Jessica is used to this, and a troll with a mission!

So she keeps track of the other three that come in....

even as Symond lays out traps. Yes, Jessica's willpower allows her to track each one

She holds very still except for giving the first HasBean sips of coffee, hopefully motivating the others.

The sounds of various traps snapping and catching abound as more 'sneak' forward only to be caught by one of the traps

"Ladies, we'll need more coffee please....."

More keeps coming, though the boggans mutter in Spanish about wasting it on these rotten little creatures

One escapes a snare

Jessica lets a little coffee fall from her cup to try and distract/delay/detain the critter.

It works, and soon, six traps are full up

"Symond.... think that's all of them?" she carefully dribbles coffee to keep them happy. Or quiet, at least.

"Tito will find out, he's casting a spell to answer that... he's so furkin talented I love him" then she yells down the hall "YO, BALLSACK, you got ANSWERS yet? We think we got them all!"

"CHANTING, Lovebites!" A voice calls back

Jess pinks slightly but says nothing.

"he's chanting" Symond tells Jessica "He's a chanter... even when we cross wires to get a spark, if I'm not being too subtle"

Then finally he calls out "I think we got them all!"

Jess is still pink. "You think?" she calls back.

"Well, yes, hard to be sure, these things are VERY elusive, but the omen is as precise as it is going to get, Countesa"

"Ok! Can you come in here?"

He comes in, looking a bit tapped. He has ash drawings all over his face. "Yes?"

Jess takes a beat but decides not to comment "Where should we put them?"

"Well, the Dreaming is best if we can get it. Fortunately I know a troll who can transport them far"

He then says "You think your sister is busy?"

"Probably; she's a parent. Any Fae can enter the Dreaming if they have a Rath, and we have three in the foyer. Can you get me to this Coffee Nebula?"

"It would be quite the quest" he says "A rover might be handy as a guide"

"Alsso time works wibbly wobbly, so you might be gone for longer than you mean. Just a warning"

Symond says "BUT she could just be gone for like five seconds too"

"Well. Do we have anyone looking for a quest?"

"I'll do it!" Ariel offers

It appears she is back from her ice cream
