"mmm maybe you could make a reward for non nobles going above and beyond, an honorarium that won't tie them to noblity, so the folks don't think it's a ploy. Maybe something like a congressional medal of merit, only less American"

She considers "The Renaissance Medal of Civic Service"

"Do you think that sort of thing would be welcome?"

"I mean only that different people respond differently to different rewards. I wonder if we should select a reward for each person, and each achievement."

"Well," She ponders "I think you might be creating more work than needed then. Some uniformity is good in that it means no one feels left out or raised up out of the winners, but if it isn't their cup of tea at least you tried and the p;eople will recognize that"

"Though" She thinks about it "We could always ask some of the council members themselves for input" She admits

"I'm not someone that seeks acclaim. As you know. I wouldn't want to put that on someone who doesn't want it."

"Sometimes it's just nice to be appreciated, Jessica. You're a lot more modest than many of us, and I don't mean just my fellow Sidhe"

"Maybe a gift basket?"

"Maybe. Point is, something the person would appreciate, instead of what I would like to give them."

"As you like, but people KNOWING that you recognize quality works for the good of the County in my opinion."

"Agreed."

She nods "Thank you. I'll find out what Petro's likes and dislikes are. See if that gives us hints"

"I could ask the ladies in the kitchen." she offers.

"THat probably WOULD be the simpliest way" She admits "Boggans have that knack. "

"Well... you can ask yours, and I'll ask mine."

A smile at that "I like that. Make a bit of a race of it. Mind you, I think you'll 'win' this one, but that's what matters"

A smile "Hey, if it makes you uncomfortable to treat it like that, we won't. You're my friend and while I might see it as fun, I don't want it stressing you out."
