Jess glances at Mitra again; ready for action?

She nods at her friend.

There's a look in Jess's eyes; hit hard and fast, take them down, no mercy.

And she lifts her maul to the ready, and charges in!!

Another nod, weapon ready.. .and then she joins her liege and friend

The four changelings look oddly familiar. Jessica recognizes one. Another satyr, A member of Diego's old rebellion gang. He's older now, his mein not as strong, but he draws a rapier "What the....shit!" Because Jessica is on him before he can finish drawing.

Mitra weaves clashes with a surly looking eshu with a scimitar

And a pooka is drawing a chimerical hand crossbow

She uses the maul to knock down, disable, and disarm.

She doesn't quite get to disarm him, but she does drive him down to his knees. The enemy satyr rolls, or tries too but Jessica can press over him if she wishes. It does risk a stab as she didn't quite get him to drop that weapon

She does press, yes. She'll take a stab for Diego.

While she's a big target towering over the satyr, she is also a tough piece of troll. The rapier , rather than thrusting deep, scratches along the surface of her skin, drawing very little blood, though her voile gets torn. Having risked the hit, Jessica now can disable the satyr properly

and kind of twitching in a not fully awake state

Jess turns to the next one.

Mitra has just dispatched her foe, but grits her teeth as a crossbow bolt from the pooka hits her shoulder

Jess aims for the pooka.

The pooka tries to draw back out of range of the maul, but doesn't go far enough: Jessica's hammer slams into the crossbow and SHATTERS it, leaving the pooka without a weapon

Mitra begins to chant "time in a bottle, whiskey in a jar... Mollasses in your hour glass, you won't get far"

And the pooka? The pooka makes a stomp motion, trying to bunk... then... leaps... SO SLOWLY.... as the hopscotch takes effect, but it's as if it's in timelapse

with precious seconds taking a minute each

There's the pitch... here's the swing... hey batterbatterbatterbatter.... BOOM.

Tee Ball with a pooka is an interesting thing. The pooka is upright, positioned and aloft at a certain height caught between two opposing cantrips!

Jessica remembers playing a few games of softball and so on...this? this is even easier

BOOM is right, as the troll's maul hits the hovering pooka, and WHAMS the furry felon into the wall of a nearby building. There's a WHUP sound , then something like a eeeee... as the dazed and battered pooka lands at Jessica's feet

Jess immediately looks for the next target.

And that's it, all three are down. At least, she thinks it was just three

"There were only three right? I Just heard two voices talking" Mitra looks about

Jessica does so, quickly and none too gently.

He revives, then glares, reckless "So, you're a GOOD Pet owner"

"Thanks." shortly "Are there any more of you here?"

"More of ..what? Real lovers of freedom? People who remember our cause?"

"Yes."

"Sadly, no. Diego betrayed the cause and some of us went with him"

"Right." she glances at Mitra "Keep your eyes open, but let's get these guys back to Fenix."

"Yes, my liege' Mitra nods and helps then adds "Want handcuffs?"

"Right of Ignorance?"

Mitra says "Well, I wasn't suggesting turning them over to mortal police. But I have a chimerical set if you wish?"

She nods. "I won't ask why. Link two of them together, I'll carry the other one."

"Nothing...Fiona-esque" She says slightly alarmed at other notions and hands the cuffs over

Jess puts the bracelets on them and puts Mitra in charge of herding them to Fenix. The third one she hoicks up and support-carries.
