they consider, then nod in silent agreement

"Excellent, thank you. Can you tell me where your encounter with the skinwalker happened?"

"It was outside the city, on the edges? Near the suburb... to the west."

Jess nods, and actually takes note on this. "I would like to send some patrols out that way; what do you recommend they look for? You are our experts in this."

"A native man, though that can be hard to see. He will stink a bit, of fresh kills, like a redcap"

She nods. "That is very valuable, thank you."

"Oh, he also had a wrist band, not magical, but it had obsidian in it"

"Do you think he'd have it no matter who he looked like?"

Shrugs

"That's ok. It is still a good detail to have."

"We are glad to help" Adler says

"Would you mind if I offer you a small reward for the work you've done for all of us?"

"i would not" Ahpuch says "And if it offends Adler, I will take his as well to save him"

Adler gives his peer a LOOK, then says "Gracious, Countess. We would both welcome such'

She nods. "I will see to it, then. In the mean time...." she offers her hand "My personal thanks."

They each take her hand one after the other

Gratitude relayed, she asks "Is there anything else?"

A shake of heads "We will think over what wwe said. Pardon us.. please don't forget about the Korean food'

"I will not." she promises.

And they rise and off they go

She sits a moment, thinking.... then rises to find... well, several people. Diego, Constance.....

And Jonny Longfeather.

And Twofeathers, DIego, and Constance are rounded up to meet her at a room of her choice

Well, they don't need to be there ALL at the same time.... but, good.

"Thank you, um, all. So....." she tells them what the boys told her.

Johny chokes "tell me the boys aren't going near that thing again?"

"They want to. They plan to. They have agreed not to -unless- they come tell me first."

"Whew" He says

"Diego, can you find something we can give the boys, individually, as a thank you above and beyond the korean food? Which, can you find some?"

"Si, we have Korean food even in Mexico" he says with gentle humor "Though it is a stretch. And as for something else? I think I have some ideas"

"They mention someone... Denier? That this person knew good food for this purpose?" hoping it helps.

"It rings no bells to me" Diego confesses

"Ok. I thought it might help but.... anyway."

"Constance, can you meet with the boys, get their information, their notes? And, John... they came to you?"

"About stories, yes, I thought it was just ..boys being curious" he admits "if I knew they'd HUnt one I'd never have told them' the nunnhi says

"They ... yes, hunted but... they were smart about that. They're still here. They came to me. They are willing to accept others in the effort. That... is a lot."
